Join us and help shape the future of our operations.
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Manager to keep our business running smoothly day to day — and to help us level up our systems and processes as we move towards a new MRP/ERP system.

This is a hands-on role that will see you working closely with production, purchasing, logistics, customer service, and senior management. You’ll be at the heart of our operational flow — making sure orders are processed accurately, shipments go out on time, and our data stays clean and reliable.

Why this role matters
We’re in the middle of a big operational transformation. Your expertise with MRP systems will be vital in keeping things running smoothly during this transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central coordination point across production, logistics, purchasing, and customer service.
  • Input, maintain, and report on accurate operational data in our MRP system.
  • Oversee order processing from start to finish — ensuring everything from job cards to delivery notes is spot-on.
  • Manage national and international shipments, including all necessary documentation.
  • Support the migration from Factory Master to a new MRP system, helping to refine and improve processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to solve problems quickly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience in an operational, logistics, or production management role.
  • Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems (Factory Master, Dynamics, SAP, or similar) — confident using them daily for order management, production planning, and purchasing.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and logistics/shipping tools.
  • Willingness to be hands on and on the shop floor when required.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and reactive environment.
  • Background in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP implementation projects.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of ISO standards, health & safety compliance, and international logistics.
  • Production planning experience
  • Experience of growth within a production environment and the knowledge to help guide the company through growth.

The future scope
This role offers real progression. As our operations scale, there’s the opportunity to step into a more senior role and help shape how we run the business long term.

If you’re ready to be the operational backbone of a growing business — and you’ve got the MRP expertise to keep everything moving — we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and help us build a stronger, smarter, and more connected operation.
